1) The ADAM n EVE AGENCY acts as a representative for professional self-employed entertainers only and is not a party of the contract between the booking client and the respective entertainer. For this reason we cannot accept responsibility for non-fulfillment or breach of any such contract, but every reasonable safeguard is assured.
2) The ADAM n EVE AGENCY charges a commission fee either in the form of a ‘booking deposit’ via the booking client or to the represented entertainer.
3) The ADAM n EVE AGENCY will refund any deposit within one working day if the entertainer fails to turn up.
Cancellations by booker..if a booker cancells more than a week before they will loose their deposit. 50% is payable if cancelled within the week before and the full amount is payable on the day if cancelled.
Please note any short notice bookings cancelled , the deposit is not refundable.
4) This is a non sexual service.
When booking, please have the following information to hand:
Type of act is required
Male or female required
Name of victim and any message
Your name and mobile and home telephone number and address
If not yourself, the mobile telephone number of the contact at the venue
Date and time
Venue and full address (check with management that they allow)
